Do you have questions? You'll find an answer here! And if not, you can always contact us. The FAQs will also be updated from time to time. So it's worth taking a look!
💜 Volunteer!💜 Here you can find all the important information.
Yes, the awareness team has a fixed location, which is marked in the site plan (site plan follows). In addition, there are mobile members of the awareness team who move around the area and are available for you at any time. You can find more information here.
Please report this immediately to security or the awareness team so that, if necessary, the person(s) can be detained and turned over to the police.
Pets are welcome, but please take their leftovers back with you. Please take care of your pets' needs and do not torture them. It can get noisy and crowded on site.
Nix. The visit is free of charge. There are no tickets sold in advance or during.
We are happy about your cultural contribution in the hat cash box on site or in our digital hat cash box(donation info). This will be used 100% for the realization of the Open Air.
Should it rain, we recommend to have rain ponchos/jackets with you. Should it pour down and we actually have to cancel the event, this would happen spontaneously via our social channels and here on the site.
At least one blanket is recommended to lounge around with friend:inside. As always, you can bring your own food and drinks (or treat yourself to something at one of the many food stalls on such a special day).
Pillows, games, rain jackets (We do not want to swear anything.) are also not bad ideas. On the barbecue meadow may still be grilled.
Grundsätzlich gilt: Nehmt euren Müll wieder mit oder packt ihn in unsere Mülleimer vor Ort.
Please do not bring:
Confetti, glitter, also not in bio.
Private individuals are welcome to take photos and videos. Please be careful to respect and maintain other people's privacy. No professional equipment may be taken onto the site. This means that compact cameras are allowed there, but cameras with larger lenses are excluded. This has to do, among other things, with the photo rights, the respective comfort zones and the prior agreements with the art and culture creators, which we want to respect.
We would like to ask press representatives to obtain accreditation at glacisopenair@musikkombinat.de. More information can be found here.
All lost property will be collected at the "Infopoint" on the area Hang zum Klang (meadow of the Musikkombinat Magdeburg e.V.s). There you can hand in things and in the best case get them back. If you don't want to visit the Infopoint, you can also send us an e-mail afterwards to glacisopenair@musikkombinat.de.
Many different programme items and acts await you. Here you can find our timetable.
